Special resins are mainly halogen-free series products and high-performance resin products, of which the halogen-free series products are phosphorus-based flame retardant halogen-free epoxy resin developed in response to the environmental protection requirements. It uses dicyandiamide as the curing agent, matched with imidazole accelerator for curing reaction.

The operation process is similar to the common FR-4. These series products are matched with DICY or phenolic resins for curing. The flame retardant plate can reach UL-94 V-0, and the burning smoke is small. In addition to the wide operating window which is reserved, the anti-strip strength and flexibility also demonstrate high performances. Because of the small hydroxyl content, high epoxy content, and low hydrolysable chlorine and other impurities content of the molecular, high-performance epoxy resins have many unique advantages in use; in addition, after being mixed with acid anhydride, the storage stability is enhanced. The heat resistance and the electrical insulation of the curing products are better than ordinary low molecular weight epoxy resins.
